The list is prepared after billions of actions taken by millions of LinkedIn members and mostly were Job-seekers and that's why its named as ACTION OF USERS. To make this list unbiased and more like a boost for startups they exclude Microsoft and themselves from the List of LinkedIn 2017. All the companies from the list knows how to attract qualified, talented professionals and how to keep them for long but each company has different policy and different strategy to crack down this formula.

During the preparation of this list of top companies to work in India and America, LinkedIn considered three main factors, these are as follows:-

• Number of views and number of applicants for any job posting featured on LinkedIn

• How many employees staying at their job for more than a year?

Note: This analysis was only run on big companies with over 500 employees.

Bangalore based electronic commerce company has been ranked at the top of the list. This is consecutively second time, Flipkart is leading this list despite several challenges. During the 10 years of services Flipkart has taken some big steps including acquiring Ebay India and now they are planning to hire 3000 workers in this Year... Flipkart also gives a career break option to their employees after 2 years of employment.

2) AMAZON 

Amazon a company, which has more than 10,000 employees, secured the 2nd place for the second time. Amazon is known in Ecommerce business for its innovative ideas starting from AMAZON GO Stores ( Store without any checkout point ) and now with a new idea of Delivery through Drones. After Amazon made 2nd place on this list, Jeff Bezos ( CEO of Amazon ) also shared his future plans and confirmed that Amazon will keep investing in Indian Market. Amazon not only cares his employees but also their priorities and to fulfill that, Amazon's corporate headquarter allows dogs in their offices and even provide them an on-site dog park and free treats.

3) KPMG India  

KPMG has over 2700 client companies around the world and providing financial & business advisory, tax & regulatory and audit services. This company has around 189,000 employees globally and has 12 offices only in India. Currently the company is investing in Solar energy projects in India. KPMG has been awarded the ‘Best Transfer Pricing Firm of 2017’, by the International Tax Review (ITR) at the recent Euromoney International Tax Review Asia Tax Awards 2017.

It is an American multinational conglomerate and Google's parent company officially
founded by Larry Page and Sergey Brin. Company's headquarter is located in California. Alphabet is a very famous restructured company not just because it is linked directly with Google, but also because of its goal which was set by officials back in 2012 to use 100 percent renewable energy for its operations and they are all set to achieve that goal in this year. Alphabet has also been in news for one of its major project of Autonomous vehicle technology ( Self Driving Cars ) which has been developing for a decade by Alphabet's Waymo.

2) AMAZON

Amazon is an American electronic commerce that was founded by Jeff Bezos. Its the worlds largest Ecommerce-retailer by total sales. People do look for a job at Amazon in America and they like their job too, its as same as the way people likes Amazon company in India, and that's why Amazon won 3 Oscars for its programming just in one year. And according to Amazon officials, they are planning to hire 100,000 new employees over the next few months. Their policies which makes a huge difference between Amazon and other companies are like, in Amazon Dogs are welcome at their office premises and they provide LEAVE SHARE which offers six weeks of paid leave with a spouse or a partner.

3) FACEBOOK

Facebook doesn't need any introduction. The California based company, the brand, the fastest growing social media platform has 1.94 billion active monthly users. Russian Police shoot dead two suspected IS-trained militants

Russian police on Friday (April 21,2017) shot dead two suspected IS-trained militants in the Stavropol region around 750 miles away from the Capital Moscow- reported by Russian News Agencies.

As per news reports two suspected were active members of Islamic State (IS) and one of them was the leader of Sleeper cell who was trained in Daesh military camp.

In the reports, according to Russia's National Anti-terrorist Committee (NAC) :

"The suspected were planning to carry out attacks as they did on St. Petersburg metro and killed 16 people. But this time as they started opened fire from the car when cops tried to stop their car, but then cops immediately retaliated and eliminated both the criminals.The Officers reportedly recovered bomb making components from the same automobile"

Stavropol is adjacent to several majority-Muslim republics, and that's why it is very high-alert area for Russian forces.

Top 3 latest cases by Income Tax department of India

Since the day when demonetization first introduced by PM Modi, we are getting back to back revelation news by Income Tax department of India. 

I-T department now conducts several raids and reveals many shocking outcomes on a daily basis and below are the "Top 3 latest cases by Income Tax department of India".

Top 3 latest cases by I-T India are:-

1) Tea-seller-turned-financier exposed after having wealth worth Rs. 250 crore:-

In the early days of implementing Demonetization, Income Tax department has found a suspicious Surat-based financier KISHORE BHAJIAWALA who tried to hide his 1.5 crore of unaccounted money in his bank accounts and in further investigation at his home, offices and bank lockers it has been found that the financier had used around 700 persons for depositing and withdrawing money.
He had 16 different bank lockers in the name of his family members and himself and out of those 8 have been found with 180 kg silver, Rs 2.5 crore worth of gold and diamond jewelry, New Currency of Rs 1.08 crore, Rs 23 Lakh in old currency, Rs 5 Lakh to Rs 5 to Rs. 20 Notes, Rs  4.50 Lakh worth of Kisan Vikas Patra and around 200 property documents, Agreement copies and 27 Bank Account details and after a lot investigation "The total value of the assets seized from the financier was Rs 10.50 crore," I-T sources had said. This was the biggest case from the Top 3 latest cases by Income Tax.

2) Rs. 20 crore bank transaction done by Jodhpur driver:- 

As per Hindustan Times, The driver Narpat Lal aka Naresh Joshi has got a notice from I-T and been asked to explain Rs. 20 Crore transaction made through his account over the last one year they further asked to explain the deposit of Rs. 49 Lakh made during the Demonetization period.
As per reports after getting notice from I-T and suspecting that his employer might be using Bank account in his name, Naresh has filed a fraud and cheating complaint against his employer ADITYA LODHA under whom he has been working since last 20 years and he also mentioned in his complaint that the employer has asked his Identity documents and Pan card.

The Sardarpur police have been investigating this case and have found many positive leads. 

3) A Tea-seller paid Rs 1.5 crore in dowry for six daughters:-

This is first time we have seen when I-T department is stepping out and taking action just after watching a viral video on social media ( Video Credit goes to RNews1 ),  here we can clearly see that the Leela Ram Gujjar, a tea stall owner from Rajasthan, allegedly distributing dowry money on his daughter's wedding.
The marriage of his 6 daughters was held on 5th Jan. Four out of Six of his daughters were minors. As per law, he has breached two laws, one is dowry law and the second one is allegedly getting four minors married.
Although Gujjar has also got the notice from Income Tax department to explain the source of his earnings and the officials also assured he will be questioned after that if he filed his returns or not and if he was using unaccounted money as a dowry then a tax process deduction would be initiated.
After this incident, the Gujjar and family are missing, but the police are continuously looking for them and asking their relatives to appear at the police station for further investigation.
Because of multi-law breaches, this news has got the number 3rd place here in top 3 latest cases by income tax department of India.

In an attempt to stop the flow of black money and black money holders, Modi cabinet has taken many big steps including demonetization, on the other hand, Income Tax has been doing tireless work by scanning millions of accounts.

Apple's new patent is ready to make iPhone-controlled Laptop

Now apple is bringing its new and advanced technology. Obviously, it would be a unique one too.
The upcoming technology would be a great choice for those who used to work on the laptop and their iPhones simultaneously, the idea is to turn ur iPhone like a computer and to combine their functionality.

Apple's new patent is ready to make iPhone-controlled Laptop, this way you would be able to dock your iPhone into the MacBook. The patent application is called simply “Electronic accessory device” which is also developed by Apple itself.

This image shows the blueprint of upcoming Mac laptop, we can clearly see that the iPhone will work like a trackpad. As like now also computer's screen is generally used to show the data to the users.
Hardware like keyboards, ports, and GPU will remain like traditional computers. It will also give us some new features like apps on PC, screen sharing, file transferring between both the mediums.

Obviously, it would take too long to implement it, as it's currently in newbie stage. But with this kind of new technology iPhone market will boost up like a jet after all the patent application is interesting and unique in a sense that in the future smartphone would be most important gadget than now.

iPhone users have already started saying that iPhone is now better than Android in terms of portability with the laptop and now all iPhone users will surely spread this news that Apple's new patent is ready to make iPhone-controlled Laptop which is still not fully confirmed by Apple.

Before Apple, HP, MOTOROLA, SAMSUNG, and MICROSOFT have also experimented with hybrid technology but not the way like APPLE is doing...These brands have made a totally different product to deal with computer and mobiles at the same time( Such as; HP Elite x3 dock, Microsoft’s Continuum etc...) but they hadn't got expected appreciation for their products.

Now, we have more expectations from Apple which is leading brand in terms of quality, branding, and support especially in Europe irrespective of their high prices and latest security breach( Apple users are in danger | we will lose our iPhone data ) which is still a more than just a headache for Apple officials and their users.

Apple users are in danger | we will lose our iPhone data

OMG, Hackers have got access to Apple user database!

As per reports, a London-based hacker group called Turkish crime Family who openly challenged to the APPLE co. and warned them that they will erase their all 200 Million iCloud and iPhone user's accounts. And For not doing this they have demanded $100000 in return for each of their family member.

To prove that it's not a crap joke the Turkish Family has accessed & provided some of the user's data to Apple co. At first, apple was sure that their servers are safe and had announced that they weren't breached for their user's comfort and to make them feel better, but now as per reports after inspecting all provided data, Apple get to know that the family has valid ids and can actually harm their database.

Turkish Crime Family(through twitter): 

if Apple doesn't figure out a way to stop us they'll be facing serious server issues and customer complaints.

They have also given a deadline till 7th April...It means Apple users are in danger and the officials must have to take some serious steps before 7th April or we will lose our iPhone data.

As per reports, they can delete 150 user accounts per minute by using their 17 scripts and they have 250 servers it means by using that they can delete 637500 users accounts every minute.

Will apple give them $100000 to each of their family members or Will Apple Company take help from the cyber team?

Is this news really true or fake?

We will get all these answers in upcoming days!!

BUT on this report some experts recommends safety advice, they say it would be better if all Apple user do change their ids,  passwords and remove all confidential data which can reduce some risk for sure.

Bad News for Smokers: New Laws on Cigarettes are coming !!

A lot is happening to cigarettes, new laws on cigarettes are coming within a matter of weeks.

As the title says it's a Bad News for Smokers and yes it's absolutely true. If you are an European smoker then you must know some new laws on cigarettes and tobacco. It was actually announced by an EU directive in May 2016, but retailers were given a year to adjust and finish the old stock now The ban will fully come into effect from May 20th, 2017.

Some Highlights of this Law:

• 10-packs of cigarettes and menthol cigarettes are going to be removed completely from Market.
• Smaller packs of rolling tobacco & some flavored tobacco will no longer available as well.
• Branded Cigarettes that are ‘lite’, ‘natural’ and ‘organic’ will be re-branded.
• All brands of cigarettes will be available in a same color- Green.
• New packaging will be more focused on HEALTH WARNINGS than BRANDING.

• As per the reports under new Laws smaller bags of the loose Tobacco package ( Under 30g) will be banned, and from May 21 new Cigarettes will come with new price. 
• The cheapest pack of cigarettes will cost £8.82 it means one must have to pay almost double to buy this new package with less quantity of Cigarettes.
• 65% of the packs area will be covered with graphic health warnings.

These is really a bad news for smokers but would definitely help many lives to leave smoking... 

Why these "New Laws on Cigarettes are coming" ( Reasons/Facts) ?

• New laws are formed in a way so that it will encourage the young People to quit smoking.
• Quantity will be decrease and the Price will be increased, which will force Young people to think twice before buying any Cigarette package, "DO I REALLY NEED THIS?"...
• New Packing with 65% of Warning logo will help the people to remember and understand that the Product they are using is a very harmful Product which can cost their lives too.
• Menthol Cigarette is very addictive and a favorite among young people, it gives the quick refreshing breath after smoking thus making smoking regular product which it is actually not and to minimize the numbers of young smokers, this step is mandatory,
• Words like ‘lite’, ‘natural’ and ‘organic’ were given to Cigarettes as they had healthy benefits. In fact Cigarette smoke contains 70 of Chemicals which causes cancer and that's why these misleading names are banned now.

Along with Cigarettes and Tobacco Flavored e-Cigarette is now also banned.

However Shisha (hookah or water pipe), is exempt from this ban.

The Bengaluru-based startup TeamIndus which is providing us a golden chance to get their name engraved/written on Moon. What’s hanging is so much the startup is asking a small amount of Rs 500 and send your name to the Moon to put over the lunar surface.

TeamIndus has taken this step in order to produce additional income to support their mission. According to the reports, names of donors will be written on a small-sized aluminum plate and this nameplate will then be put on the surface of the Moon. Click here to send your name to the Moon.

In this whole project, The First step would be to land the Rover on the Moon surface and to implement this TeamIndus will use ISRO's Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) as TeamIndus and ISRO have signed a contract and then the rover will travel around 500m on the Lunar body and take some HD images and video clips which all will be sent back to the Earth.

The main purpose of this mission is to create a Blueprint or a path for the Second step which is Mission Chandrayaan-2, but the succession of the first step will decide the future of the Chandrayaan-2 mission.

TeamIndus and their Statements:

Julius Amrit (Co-founder and Director, TeamIndus)- “The total expense of the project is about USD 60 million and we have raised USD 15 million so far. We will have to raise the remaining amount by September-October next year,” He also added “We can be profitable in this mission. We are making a fair amount of money but investing more than what we are making right now,”.

Dhruv Batra (Program Lead at TeamIndus)- “India as a country is underestimated when it comes down to having a technology led firm, It is time, India is seen from a different perspective on the global platform,”.

Sheelika Ravishankar, Jedi Master (Marketing and Outreach of TeamIndus)- "The plan is part of a crowd-funding effort. It is an effort to make people aware about their ancestors, whenever people will start traveling to the moon".

Including TeamIndus some of the Famous identities like Ratan Tata(Tata Group), Sachin and Binny Bansal(Co-Founders of Flipkart) and Nandan Nilekani ( Co-Founder of Infosys Ltd) have also put their resources into this Project.

The Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle will be launch on Dec 28, 2017, it will 2nd project to the moon by ISRO after the grand success of Chandrayaan-1 mission which took place in the year 2008.

Here we must also mention that The National Aeronautics and Space Administration(NASA) started sending astronauts to the moon with Apollo missions starting in 1969 and last mission was Apollo 17.


TeamIndus is the only team from India to qualify for the Google Lunar X Prize and then they won $1 million and now to fulfill the requirements of this Private moon mission, all aspects of the mission is being finished by the TeamIndus with the exception of the launching of PSLV which will be done with the help of ISRO. The PSLV rocket will lift the spacecraft into an orbit 800km x 70,000km around the Earth then From that point, the spacecraft will take an additional 21 days to arrive on Moon. But Chandrayaan-2 Mission is still in early stages and as there is no official announcement has been made by the ISRO so far. But after the official confirmation from TeamIndus now it seems we are going to hear something from ISRO very soon.

Massive increment in India's Hajj quota 2017

Yes, it is true, As indicated by an announcement issued by Minister of State for Minority Affairs (Independent Charge) Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, Saudi Arabia has now increased India’s yearly Hajj quota and the Increment value is not small it's a Massive increment in India's Hajj quota 2017 from 136020 to 170520 now.

On Wednesday, an agreement has been signed regarding this by Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi (Union Minister) and Dr. Mohammad Saleh bin Taher Benten (Saudi Arabia’s Hajj and Umrah Minister).

Naqvi said "Big Jump, It is the highest increase in quota for Haj pilgrims after 1988. It will be effective from the current year, 2017".

He also used  twitter at agreement signing to express his pleasure and happiness,
Naqvi tweeted "It's a matter of joy that Saudi Arabia has expanded India's annual Hajj quota increased by 34000 !! "



This agreement is has been Inked because of one very important reason which is increasing rate of pilgrims for Hajj from India. In the year 2016, there were 135903 no. of devotees there from India performed Hajj.

One more important news we have is that now India has highest Hajj quota than other countries including Pakistan and Indonesia.

Many people will definitely link this news of Massive increment in India's Hajj quota 2017 with the Election campaign but the way Indian Muslims will get benefited and happiness from this will prove all the rumors wrong, and this time also MODI's cabinet proved that Modi's India is safe for Muslims.

But, There are others figures too which are against this thought to extend Teams structure also last year Infantino campaigned with the idea of 40 teams but he failed to impress voters in recent regional meetings of FIFA member federations, yet at the same time Infantino guaranteed voters more World Cup places and funding raises before his election last February.

No more Vehicles on Delhi Roads??

Yes, it is absolutely true you won't see Vehicles on Delhi roads, it's a big move taken by MCD Delhi.

It Seems Smart City plan is now gonna implement in Delhi soon, As like Paris, Madrid and numerous other created urban communities now the focal market of Delhi — Connaught Place (CP) — will go Vehicle-free ( Sans Vehicle ) soon. 

At a meeting headed by Venkaiah Naidu, Serve for Urban Improvement, on Thursday, it was chosen that Connaught Place would be "pedestrianized" on a pilot reason for three months, beginning this February 2017. 

The pilot would permit "Ground level testing of issues identified with changes in movement dissemination, the experience of people on foot and shop proprietors, administration of recovered parking areas, activity stack on the external circle and so forth," an announcement from the Service said. The meeting was held to take a further step in implementation Smart-City plan of New Delhi Municipal Council.

The center and internal circles of Connaught Place (CP) would get to be vehicle-free in the beginning February. Delhiites going to the shopping center would have choices to park in one of three Parking slots given by the Govt. — at Shivaji Stadium, Baba Kharak Singh Marg and Palika Parking. 

As per the announcement, the three spots have parking capacity of 3,172 cars, while just 1,088 vehicles are parked on a normal basis.

“Cycle hiring, battery-operated vehicles etc, would be deployed effectively for the benefit of those parking vehicles at specified slots to reach the business district and also for the benefit of those using public transport, besides senior citizens, women, children etc to move in the business district,” the announcement said. 

The space that gets to be distinctly accessible accordingly of this move would be utilized for advancement of water bodies, walkway bistros, sound and light shows and so on. 

The announcement likewise said that four offers got for keen stopping administrations are under examination. 

Sounds like achhe din are finally here 😃😃😃, this step will surely reduce:

• Air-pollution, 
• Noise-pollution, and 
• Accidents rate.

But along with some positive points we have some negative points too, it will cause many problems like traveling near CP would be much difficult than normal days because of fewer transport facilities and transport revenue will also be affected by this new test. 😖
